To establish high quality educational programs in rural areas and smaller urban communities.

To provide systematic teacher training programs in pedagogical theory, skills and strategies, classroom management practices, and assessment and evaluation.

To undertake research and to develop curriculum material in the Languages, Social Sciences, Mathematics and Technical fields that reflect the culture and needs of the communities where the schools are located.

To build bridges between the school and the community, as the school recognizes parents and teachers as equal partners in the educational process who jointly share responsibility in shaping their children's educational development.

To offer scholarships and career counseling services for promising children.

To provide advisory and consultant services to educational organizations in a variety of academic subjects, technical and management areas.

To support and enhance the quality of rural schools managed by the local village councils (Panchayats) through outreach programs.

To publish and disseminate reports, research studies and any other activities undertaken by the Society.
