THE OBJECTIVES OF THE SOCIETY
 To
provide high quality educational programs in underdeveloped rural areas
and smaller urban communities.
To
support and enhance the quality of rural schools managed by the
local village councils (Panchayats) through outreach programs.
To provide systematic teacher training programs
in
pedagogical theory, skills and strategies, classroom management
practices, processes of curriculum development, assessment and evaluation.
To undertake research and
to develop curriculum material in the Languages, Social
Sciences, Mathematics and Technical fields that is appropriate
to the needs of the communities where the schools are located.
To
provide advisory and consultant services to educational organizations
in a variety of academic subjects, technical and management areas.
To publish and disseminate reports, research studies and any other
activities undertaken by the Society.
To build bridges between the school and the community, as the school
recognizes parents and teachers as equal partners in the educational
process who jointly share responsibility in shaping their children's
educational development.
To offer scholarships and career counselling services for intelligent and
promising children.
